Athletic Quest is seeking Geographic Recruiting Coach to conduct college recruiting interviews. The Geographic Recruiting Coach will build relationships with local High School Coaches and Athletic Directors. Hold informative recruiting seminars Initiate and develop qualified leads and aggressively set appointments and conduct interviews.
What We are Looking For:
• Retired High School and/or College coaches wanted
• Proven track record of selling in person
• College Playing and/or coaching experience required.
• Strong Customer Service Orientation, persistence, and ability to follow through.
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-pace, results driven, and start-up environment.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

• Professional Appearance.
• Full Commission $25,000 to $65,000 + per year
